Delivery

When will I receive my order?

With our standard delivery option, expect to receive your products between 24 and 48 hours after placing your order in Switzerland, directly from our local stock. We work tirelessly so that you can enjoy your purchase as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my order is not complete?

No worries ! Your items may arrive separately due to our different storage locations. If you have not received your entire order after 5 working days (or 14 for certain products), contact us at info@denti-fresh.ch .

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Absolutely, you have 8 hours after your purchase to request a cancellation or modification. Send us an e-mail to info@denti-fresh.ch within this deadline. After this time, your order will be shipped and we will no longer be able to make any changes.

Product

The item I received is broken/defective. What to do ?

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Contact our customer service at info@denti-fresh.ch with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo or video of the defect. We will offer you a satisfactory solution without you needing to return the product.
